Beautiful but not Quiet or Restful
Staff and location were excellent. Property is beautiful.
Forget about sleeping in or taking a nap, because it's SO loud. Everyone and everything make so much noise, with doors opening and closing, taking in the hallways, cars and trolleys going by outside at 7am. Noise really carries here, so it wasn't very restful. As for the thermal pool, it was cold! I couldn't stay in for the full 50 minutes I paid for in the del Rey hydromassage pool because I got too cold.
